- All garments are 100% original designer wear.
- Items are sold as stitched garments only (no unstitched suits).

- Due to the handcrafted nature of some products, a 5–10% variation in color, embroidery, or finishing may occur. Such variations are not considered defects.
- We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in color, fabric, or ornamentation may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or handmade elements.

- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellation is not possible as processing begins.
- Once an order is placed, items cannot be combined or added.
- Size or customization requests must be made immediately after ordering and are subject to approval.

- Standard delivery time is 18–24 business days (excluding weekends and freight delays).
- We ship worldwide via DHL, DX, and SkyNet.
- Delivery is free for the UK and Pakistan. International shipping charges apply and are non-refundable.
- Orders are usually shipped together, though partial shipments may occur if necessary.
