Stitching Policy

- Stitching orders require advance payment before work begins.
- Stitching is done based on the measurements and specifications you provide.
- We are not responsible for errors if incorrect measurements are submitted.

- Our tailors will strive to replicate the design shown in product images (cuts, sleeves, embellishments).
- Minor adjustments or substitutions (lace, ribbons, trims) may be made due to material availability.
- If a design uses multiple fabric panels or layers, adaptations may be made based on fabric purchased.

- All shirts are stitched with attached sleeves by default.
- Dresses include proper lining to ensure modest coverage (shoulders, back, midriff).
- Revealing or backless styles from images may be adjusted to modest cuts unless otherwise requested.

- Embellishments (beads, sequins, embroidery) will match images as closely as possible.
- If certain embellishments are unavailable, similar substitutes will be used.
- Extra embellishments or specialty materials may incur additional charges.

- Minor adjustments (length, sleeve style) are possible before stitching starts.
- Major design changes (color alterations, significant restyling) may not be possible.
- Such customizations are non-returnable if they differ from the original design.

- Each stitched garment undergoes a quality check for seams, finishes, and overall stitching.
- Small variances (slight asymmetry, minor thread movement) are natural in handmade garments and are not considered defects.

- Standard stitching turnaround is [3–5 business days] (adjust as per your operations).
- Delays may occur during peak seasons, material shortages, or high customization requests. We will notify you in such cases.

- Completed stitched orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Any stitching issues must be reported within [7 days] of delivery.

- For stitching-related instructions or clarifications, contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone before placing your order.
- Once stitching begins, changes to your order cannot be made.
