Return & Exchange Policy

At NoorEthnicWear.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a refund or exchange.
We accept returns with a 25% restocking fee, provided that the request is reported to Noor Ethnic Wear within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Please note that returns requested after 24 hours of receiving the order will not be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds and exchanges are only possible if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was described.
- Custom-made garments, bridal wear, and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If an item becomes unavailable with our supplier after your order is placed, we will provide you with either a full refund or a coupon of equal value for future use.
2. Time Frame for Requests
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to request a refund or exchange.
- Returned products must reach us within 14 days of delivery (unless agreed otherwise).
- Requests made after the 24 hours period may not be accepted.
3. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.
- Please include your invoice/order number and a short note explaining the reason for return.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or sent incorrectly.
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
5. Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method only.
- Refunds cover product cost only (not shipping) unless the item was faulty or incorrectly dispatched.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible if the requested replacement item is in stock.
- The replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.
- If the new item is more expensive, you will be asked to pay the difference.
- If the new item is cheaper, you will be refunded the difference or offered store credit.
7. How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your order number, photos of the issue, and your request.
- We will provide the return address and instructions.
- Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
