1. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

- We ship worldwide, including to the UK, USA, Canada, Middle East, Europe, and more.
- Orders are dispatched using trusted courier services including DHL, Fedex, and SkyNet.
- Shipments are fulfilled from our centers in Pakistan (and/or UK where applicable).

2. Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- During sales, promotions, or festive seasons, processing may take longer.
- Customization or size changes may add additional time.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

- Free shipping is available to customers in the UK, United States and Pakistan.
- For international orders, shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly dispatched.

5. Multiple & Partial Shipments

- We try to ship all items together.
- If an item is delayed or unavailable, we may dispatch a partial shipment and notify you.
- Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each parcel.

6. Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email.
- You can track your order through the courier’s website.
- Our order tracking system keeps you updated from dispatch to delivery.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

- International orders may be subject to customs clearance, VAT, or import duties.

- If an order is refused due to unpaid customs, shipping fees may not be refunded.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

- We will assist you in filing a courier claim.
- Refunds or replacements are processed based on courier investigation outcomes.

9. Address Errors & Non-Delivery

- Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.
- Parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may not be refunded, and re-delivery charges may apply.
- Address changes cannot be made once an order is shipped.

10. Out-of-Stock After Order Placement

- Rarely, items may go out of stock after you place your order.
- If this happens, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a coupon/code of equal value for a future purchase.
